meet erin miller
After graduating from the University of Colorado, Erin was introduced to Pilates by her mother and grandmother who both practiced regularly. She found that the Pilates not only helped her get physically stronger than ever, but the increased mind-body connection and breathwork greatly improved her mental health. After a few years as a student, she completed a 500-hour Comprehensive Mat and Equipment Pilates Training in Denver at her local studio and went on to become certified through the Pilates Method Alliance.
Erin loves teaching challenging, thoughtful, and varied group classes and private sessions. She’s shared her love for movement by teaching at studios in Colorado, Central Texas, Utah and is now offering global retreats! Building community through authentic interactions and vulnerability is what keeps her inspired.
